Year-end and Tet

Each plant closes the year with a party: food stalls cooked by the departments, performances and awards for outstanding teams and individuals. On the first working day of the year, management walks every line at NT1 and NT2 to hand each person a red envelope.

Shelter of Love & Community engagement

Caring for our people, giving back to the community

The Shelter of Love fund is financed by the company together with employees; the union committee reviews each case, then management and the union visit the family at home to hand over the support in person. In the same spirit, Nam Thuan gives back to communities beyond the plant whenever it can.

Regular fire drills with the professional fire service.

Each plant is fitted with automatic fire detection, suppression and code-compliant escape routes. Every drill covers the alarm, full evacuation of the working shift and hands-on fire fighting alongside the local fire police.
