• Monthly birthdays are celebrated together in the canteen; the union hands every employee flowers and a gift in person.
• The founders of the tailoring trade are honoured on the 12th of the last lunar month; management then opens the new year with the first stitch and the first cut.
• The Shelter of Love fund supports employees hit by hardship; management and the union visit the family at home to hand over the grant.
• The “Healthy Steps” fun run with the Thien Huong ward union in Thuy Nguyen, where Nam Thuan took the team award for entering the most runners.
